Brief Company History
Effective Service Management Ireland (ESMI) is a SureSkills company. As a specialist training & consulting company, that has been operating for over 15 years, ESMI was established to reflect the core work of Bill Heffernan and Ruaidhri McSharry in IT Service Management. The company has been providing solutions for many years and is now one of the leaders in the rollout of Service Management in Ireland and futher afield.
ESMI works on projects that include training, implementation, gap analysis, consulting and development within the ITIL® framework. The companies and organisations we work with are both large and small and in the public and private sector.
The focus of our work is always on results and measurable success. The company believes strongly in relationship and partnership with our clients. We have placed our staff onsite in both public and private sectors, where they have provided knowledge and experience from the outset of a project and helped realisable goals be achieved in a phased and structured manner. These placements tend to be replaced by client staff in a phased manner. Projects are developed as staff are trained.
