Effective Service Management Ireland (ESMI) is a SureSkills company - effective from 20th May 2010, ESMI was acquired by SureSkills, Ireland's leading training and IT services company.
ESMI was established over fifteen years ago and now reflects the core work of Bill Heffernan and Ruaidhri McSharry in IT Service Management. ESMI has been providing solutions to Ireland's top companies and is one of the leaders in the rollout of Service Management best practice.
ESMI works on projects that include training, implementation, gap analysis, consulting and development within the ITIL® framework. The companies and organisations we work with are both large and small and in the public and private sector.
The focus of our work is always on results and measurable success. The company believes strongly in relationship and partnership with our clients. We have placed our staff onsite in both public and private sectors, where they have provided knowledge and experience from the outset of a project and helped realisable goals be achieved in a phased and structured manner. These placements tend to be replaced by client staff in a phased manner. Projects are developed as staff are trained.
