ITIL® Service Catalogue Training

The APMG have introduced a new qualification, complementary to the ITIL® V3 suite, known as Service Catalogue. A "Service Catalogue" is a list of services that an organisation provides, often to its employees or customers. The service catalogue provides a clear view of what services IT provides and how IT adds value for the money allocated.

In times when cost accountability is crucial, a service catelogue has benefits of:

  • Publishing and tracking service pricing and cost
  • Controlling demand
  • Automation of service request management and fulfilment
