ESMI is the leading Irish accredited training organisation PRINCE2® Project Management and the first company to offer PRINCE2® accredited training in Ireland. Today ESMI continues to be at the forefront of the development and delivery of accreditation programmes in Ireland. We offer classroom and virtual courses, both on a public and private basis.
PRINCE2® is the structured project management method that has become Ireland and the UK’s de facto standard for organising, managing and controlling projects. ESMI describes PRINCE2® as the generic, best-practice approach for the management of all types of projects. Widely used in both public and private sectors, its reputation as a highly effective, process-based approach to structuring and organising project delivery has now attained global recognition.
The widespread use of PRINCE2® owes much to the fact that it is an easily tailored and scalable method that can be applied to all varieties of projects. Each process is defined with its key inputs and outputs, together with the specific objectives to be achieved and activities to be carried out.
ESMI offers accredited PRINCE2® Foundation & Practitioner courses on both a public & private basis. In addition we have run many PRINCE2® Awareness programmes for clients. We also provide consultancy in best practice Project Management that ensures value for our clients. All our trainers & consultants are practitioners.

ESMI is also a provider of the PRINCE2® Practitioner Re-Registration Examination. It is a requirement that after a minimum of three, maximum of five, years after initial certification, Registered Practitioners are required to sit and pass the Re-Registration exam to retain certification.
