SMART Training Programme

Programme Duration: Tailored To Clients Needs

SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time based) Coaching is a new approach to IT training from ESMI.

With SMART Coaching, you, the Client, decide what content is needed.  The Coaching Programme can be a half day (3 hours), full day (6 hours), up to as many days as you require. A Coaching plan can contain one selection or a combination of topics from multiple software programmes and be suited for one or several students. Our qualified training staff will help you plan your customised coaching sessions ensuring that you get not only the most effective, but also the most economical training programme.

SMART Coaching will maximize the benefit of training because it will only teach what you require.  No more time wasted in a classroom, when a generalised course in an IT subject, e.g. Excel Intermediate, is not required. Instead the student can specify the areas they need to create tools for prior to the Coaching day(s).

Option 1: The student learns directly at their desk, working with documents they use on a daily basis which will reinforce the learning process and maximise the benefit of the time spent training.

Option 2: Training takes place in a traditional class-room environment, planned with the help of our experienced training staff, can include a selection of various software topics for that day.

Programme Objective: To give customised detailed training only on topics relevant to the student/client.

Delivery Method: Instructor-led, file-specific, individual-specific customised training. Training can take place through the traditional class-room approach, or at the office desk.

Target Student: Management Level staff, who find it difficult to a commit a full day to a traditional training programme.

Staff with specific requirements who will find it difficult to get the answers they need in the more generalised environment of a traditional training programme.

Staff working under tight time restrictions.

Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites to this programme as the content is customised to suit the student.
