Overview
Classroom based training has often been deemed restrictive for delegates trying to balance busy work schedules and personal commitments and often precluded students from further afield from attending. The launch of the new ITIL® v3 course came the option to deliver accredited training online. ESMI has developed a virtual training programme which delivers the quality education our reputation is built on, while taking advantage of the increased reach and collaboration that a virtual medium allows. Just like our classroom training, our virtual training is live, fully-accredited and delivered by qualified experts.
Training is delivered online using a combination of live streaming video, presentation slides, reference material, chat and polling tools and mock exam questions. You will be able to interact with both the trainer and your fellow students at all times - asking questions, describing experiences and generating offline discussions in the breakout area.
